Fraunhofer IAO and Apaleo, the leading open platform for the hospitality industry, announce strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to establish practical AI applications in the hospitality industry so that hoteliers can achieve their business goals and accelerate their operations.
The cooperation between the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO and Apaleo is based on the FutureHotel Innovation Network's study on "AI Application Potential Along Digital User Journeys and Its Business Opportunities". This as yet unpublished study forms a basis for understanding how artificial intelligence (AI) can transform the hospitality industry.
