Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAOFraunhofer IAO offers students in a wide range of disciplines the opportunity to gain valuable experience in parallel to their studies – whether as part of an internship or as a student assistant. They get a thorough grounding in current research practices by working on active projects, and also learn how to work independently within interdisciplinary teams on demanding tasks with practical applications. What’s more, Fraunhofer IAO cooperates with the Institute for Human Factors and Technology Management IAT at the University of Stuttgart, where students can find yet more job opportunities and also have the chance to complete their own research projects or their bachelor’s or master’s thesis.
